Valhalla has been making ice cream in Tasmania, since 1989. Our vision was to make the finest ice cream in Australia using high quality, carefully selected ingredients. Our demand for perfection is met by using only the best Tasmanian cream for all our Valhalla ice cream flavours. When combined with our experience, our products stand out with a creaminess beyond compare. Even our sorbets are characterised by their extremely smooth texture, which is due to the high content of natural Tasmanian fruit puree. You can really taste the difference.
Today, Valhalla Ice Cream produces over 40 different flavours of ice cream, and non-dairy sorbets. Our famous scoop ice cream became so sought after that we now make;
